However, if certain conditions need to be modified after the initial agreement is made, you can submit a request to your service provider in the app, and if any foul play is detected you need not worry. Your money is safe with SmartHold and will not be released to your service provider if they have given you poor service.

You can submit a complaint at any point after you have set your expectations with your service provider. In the rare case that your serviceman provides a poor service and still demands payment, you will have 48 hours to reject verification and submit a complaint. This is simple and can be done in two taps. Once your complaint is submitted, we will serve as a neutral third-party verifying the facts. If your service provider has not met your stated expectations, they will not receive the payment they requested.
